What do I do if I don't see my member history, background screening, or coaching certification?

How do I print my Membership Card?

To print your USAW Membership Card, follow these steps:

  1. Log In to Member Management.
  2. Click the Home icon on the top right.
  3. Click Print Membership Card. A PDF version of your card will be generated, which you can use to print to your printer. 

Note: Sometimes printer settings can adversely affect the size of printed membership cards. Verify that your printer settings don't have "fit to page" selected and reprint.

What is an Open License?

An Open License is an athlete membership for individuals who are 19 years of age or older when the membership season begins on September 1st.

How do I update my name or birth date on my account?

You can update the information in your profile except for your birthdate and name. Click Here to complete the contact form to update your name or birthdate. 

Where do I print the certificate of insurance for my club/event?

The certificate of insurance is emailed to the address provided with the club charter or event sanction once the charter/sanction is approved by your state association. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as the certificates sometimes arrive there.

I haven’t received my Registration Email. What do I do?

You should receive a registration email shortly after you register. If you haven’t, here are a few suggestions:

  • If you use Gmail, check all tabs of your inbox (Promotions, Social, Notifications, etc.).
  • Check your Spam folder.

Can I log into Member Management using my Facebook account?

As of yet there is no means by which you can directly log into USAW Member Management using your Facebook account. Some Sport Ngin users that are used to logging into their Sport Ngin accounts via Facebook may find this confusing, but if you already have a Sport Ngin account, logging into the USAW Member Management is as simple as accessing the USAW Login page, choosing the Sign In button on the bottom right (beneath the phrase “Do you already have a USA Wrestling Sport Ngin Account?”), entering the email address associated with your Sport Ngin account and password, and then selecting the Sign In button. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the “Forgot your Password?” link beneath the Sign In button to begin the password retrieval process.
